Yes. A valid Energy Performance Certificate with a minimum rating of E is a legal requirement before a property can be marketed or let. We can arrange this on your behalf if needed.
What is the difference between rent collection and full management?
Rent collection covers tenant find and monthly rent processing. Full management adds ongoing property oversight: inspections, maintenance, compliance, and day-to-day tenant communication.
